The All Progressives Congress (APC) has refuted claims suggesting that it has granted automatic tickets to all current members of the National Assembly, labeling the reports as “fake news.” In a statement released by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the APC urged party members and the public to disregard what they termed a “purported Breaking News Report” that was falsely attributed to the party.
Morka emphasized that the report is entirely untrue and originates from a “mischievous” intent to mislead the public and disrupt internal party processes. This clarification comes amid rising speculation regarding the party’s nomination strategies ahead of the upcoming election cycle.
He assured that any official decisions made by the party would be communicated through verified channels, reinforcing the need for accurate information in political discourse.
