The All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kebbi State has announced that “there is no vacancy in Kebbi Government House in 2027.” This statement was made by Honorable Aminu Ambursa, a member of the APC State Working Committee (SWC), during a recent event in Birnin Kebbi, the state capital. Ambursa asserted that the current governor, Dr. Nasir Idris, will be re-elected in 2027.

Ambursa urged opposition parties to channel their resources and energy into constructive engagements instead of futile attempts to discredit the legitimacy of Governor Idris’s administration. He noted that the governor has transformed Kebbi State both economically and politically, emphasizing that his policies and leadership are already yielding positive results that will support his second-term bid.

Additionally, Ambursa highlighted that Governor Idris’s leadership style will continue to promote infrastructural development, revitalize key sectors, and elevate the state’s status in the global economy. He called on APC supporters in Kebbi to remain firm and committed to the administration led by Kaura, encouraging them not to be distracted by opposition efforts.
