The Governor of Rivers state, Siminalayi Fubara, has expressed worry over inheriting debts running into billions of naira from projects started by his predecessor, Nyesom Wike.
Fubara called the development problematic and stated that a lot of contractors were approaching him to settle outstanding payments.
