it is the Imo State Government. Under the Nigeria’s procurement Laws, contracts follow a due process of bidding, formal award, execution of projects, verification of jobs done and payment made. In Imo state, this Legal process was crafttly manipulated with impunity.

These projects were properly executed by Imo Contractors, but reasons for non payment is begging for an answer. It is worthy to know that most of the people that did this contracts have lost their lives, family broken, Bank loans, and many hospitalized and no money to pay their bills it is not only heart broken but it is suicidal (SOS) we therefore put a Clarion call to all authorities to intervene and bring justice to play by compelling the Imo Government to defray their debts owed to the Contractors without further delay.

This is the untold story of Imo State Contractors – from hope to hardship, and from service to sorrow.
